MiksCubed Public K53 Registration Terms

Version: Public Registration v1.0

These terms apply to the simplified public registration journey used to create access to the MiksCubed K53 learning programme.

1. Responsible organisation

MIKS CUBED FOUNDATION NPC, registration number 2023/664756/08, operates the public registration journey and K53 learning initiative.

2. Programme eligibility

The public MiksCubed K53 learning programme is available to persons aged 16 years or older. The age confirmation on the form is an eligibility declaration for access to the learning programme.

Important: Access to the MiksCubed learning programme does not mean that every learner is legally old enough to write every category of official South African learner's-licence test. Official minimum ages vary by licence category.

3. What the programme provides

The programme provides educational K53 preparation material, practice and related learning activities. It is not an official learner's licence, driving licence, government test or guarantee of passing an official test.

4. Account creation

When you register, MiksCubed may create or locate a learner account on its learning platform using the details you provide. Your email address may be used as your LMS username. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

5. Public quick-registration information

The simplified public form asks for first name, surname, date of birth, contact number, email address and account password. It does not ask for identification-document images, identification numbers, residential-address details or parent/guardian details.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with the MiksCubed Public Registration Privacy Notice. Registration for the core K53 programme does not, by itself, opt you into optional direct marketing or commercial data sharing.

7. Accuracy

You must provide accurate information and must not create an account using another person's identity or contact details without lawful authority.

8. Suspension and misuse

MiksCubed may restrict or suspend access where an account is used fraudulently, unlawfully, disruptively or in a way that threatens the security or availability of the programme.

9. Contact

Questions may be sent to enquiries@mikscubedfoundation.org.

This public-registration version is intended for the simplified public form. Partner or pilot registration pages may use separate terms where additional information is collected.
